Homelife and Independence

As our needs change as a result of ill health or old age, it is important to stay independent for as long as possible.  Of course any assistance offered will have to be means tested and you will have to complete an application form.  At The Printing Charity we have two main grant programmes:

Regular Financial Assistance (RFA)

RFA refers to a regular grant paid on a half yearly basis which can be up to £20 per week.  The RFA helps towards the cost of heating, water, food and basic outgoings.  These payments are reviewed on a 6 monthly basis but all grants are distributed in advance payments of up to £520 – this means that you could be in receipt of up to £1,040 per annum to help make life more bearable.
