We are based at our Directorate in Three Bridges in Crawley, West Sussex:

Neil Lovell

Chief Executive & Secretary

Neil has a background in commercial and ‘Not for Profit’ organisations. He joined the charity in February 2016 to help bring focus to the future direction and strategy of the organisation.

Prior to joining was CEO at the Jamie Oliver Foundation.

 

Brigita Ac

Head of Finance 

Brigita is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

She joined the charity in 2006 after holding various finance positions in not-for-profit and corporate environments, such as Coca-Cola. She looks after the charity’s finance function and is a member of our Investment Committee.

 

Debbie Beck

Head of Welfare & Wellbeing

Debbie joined the charity in September 2014. A Chartered Manager (CMgr) and member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI), Debbie has worked at a strategic level in the public sector.  Debbie has responsibility for the Charity’s Welfare & Wellbeing pillar which includes the financial grants system and sheltered homes provision

 

Rosie Alston

Education & Partnerships Officer

Rosie joined the charity in October 2016 having previously worked at other charities including YMCA. She has a strong passion for education which is shown through her work in the role of Education and Partnerships officer. She is the first point of contact for our Print Futures Awards programme.

 

Lucy Phillips

Events and Administration Co-ordinator

Lucy recently graduated from her English degree at university and joined the team in September 2016. She is the main contact for organising our annual events including AGM and Annual Luncheon.

 

Emma Domingo

Welfare & Wellbeing Officer

Emma joined in October 2013. She has a marketing background and previously worked for Komfort Office Interiors and Swarovski. Emma is the first point of contact for people making grant applications or wishing to move into our two sheltered homes.

Jo Forrest

Welfare & Wellbeing Officer

Jo joined in September having previously worked for the housing and homelessness charity Shelter.  Jo is part of the Welfare and Wellbeing team and is the point of contact for people making grant applications or wishing to move into our sheltered homes.

Sarah Bower

Welfare & Wellbeing Officer

Sarah has a diverse background from teaching Sociology for eight years to working in an acute psychiatric hospital for a year.  She has since joined us in October 2016 and is working as a Administrator for Welfare and Wellbeing.

 

Tracy Sawyer

Finance Assistant

Tracy joined the charity in March 2014 as a part-time Finance Assistant to Brigita Ac, our Finance Manager. Her career has spanned roles as a Tax Officer and working in purchase and ledger with companies, including British Airways. She is responsible for the day-to-day processing of purchase, sales, and general ledgers, as well as keeping financial records for our grants and sheltered housing schemes.

Margaret Duff

Margaret worked in administration for many years and also with children before joining The Printing Charity. Being our Home Manager is not just a job, it is a way of life for Margaret as she has worked and lived on-site with her family at Southwood Court for over 30 years.

 

Kathy Senior

Home Manager, Beaverbrook House

Kathy has been our Home Manager for nine of the 12 years she has worked at Beaverbrook House. She manages the day-to-day running of the home, oversees residents’ well-being, and organises the home’s programme of activities.

She has enjoyed a varied career that has included working in the Print Room at the Bank of America in the City of London. A member of the Salvation Army, Kathy was the Young People’s Sergeant Major and Leader of the Children’s Choir.
