Information about winners will be included in an Awards brochure produced for the Awards event and in online and offline publicity, including social media. All successful applicants will be contacted from time to time by The Printing Charity to ascertain how the Award has been used. The Printing Charity will keep successful applications electronically for seven years to satisfy its obligations to demonstrate an auditable process for the Print Futures Awards programme.
