
Owning a project from start to finish requires a lot of practical skills, knowledge, and experience to meet the final deliverable and so understanding the fundamentals of project management is key. Taking on professional skills training in this area with the likes of Prince2 will help these awardees take their careers to the next level and become the leaders of tomorrow.

Rebecca Swift
Rebecca started her career in print two years ago with Route1Print and was amazed by how much there is to the industry. Training in different departments helped further expand her knowledge, and she is now a Techincal Account Executive. She feels very lucky to get to work with so many different professionals, and to cater to their needs. Rebecca now sees a long-term future in print, inspired by long standing clients. She will now be training with Knowledge Train and LinkedIn to learn about the structure of projects and their life cycle.

Charlotte Kinder
With a passion for technology led practices, Charlotte has always enjoyed bringing client’s ideas to life, and feels a thrill seeing her designs in stores globally. Her most prized possession is the first sticker she ever produced for M&S underwear. Charlotte has a keen interest in RFID, but currently works in POF print. Studying forensic science in her spare time, Charlotte would like to focus her analytical mind to a business analyst course, as well as Leadership and Management to round out her skill set.

Chloe Atha
Chloe has five years’ experience in Print, completing both an NVQ in Business Administration and an apprenticeship. Now a Service Delivery Executive at Communisis, she has successfully grown in the business, progressing from shadowing and invoicing to running client accounts. She enjoys the interaction with her clients, building relationships, and thrives in the fast paced environment of print. Chloe is now improving her project management skills with the PRINCE2 qualification.

Ryan Rooney
Ryan’s first taste of the print industry was with a work experience placement in a printing and signage company during his GCSEs. He has held a wide variety of print jobs, currently working as Production Manager specialising in hospitality and drinks industry. He is ambitious and positive, with a focused goal of becoming a qualified Production or Operations Director. Six Sigma Green Belt and PRINCE2 courses will help him boost his skills and knowledge to get there.

Emma Sulley
Since completing her A-Levels, Emma has spent the last 3 years building her career in the print industry. She is now a standout Technical and Commercial Manager at Amberley Labels, travelling internationally with her company. A passionate sustainability advocate for Amberley, Emma’s immediate goal is to present an Innovation Seminar to their largest customer and sees herself becoming the voice of innovation for Amberley in a more senior role in the future.

Tom Maskill
Ever since taking part in a printing competition at 14, Tom has been involved in Print. Mentored by the CEO of Webmart throughout his teenage years, he gained a degree in Business Management and is now Head of Sales and Marketing at Webmart, having worked his way up from Salesman. Tom now manages a team of people, and is focused on developing his project management skills further through the PRINCE2 programme.
