Winners of the 2014 Print Futures Awards Announced

We unveil our Supplemental Royal Charter and present the 2014 Print Futures Awards

We unveiled our Supplemental Royal Charter and presented the 2014 Print Futures Awards at our industry event kindly hosted by Baroness Dean of Thornton-le-Fylde on 17 July at the House of Lords.

We have always supported people in printing, publishing, graphic arts and allied trades and our new Supplemental Royal Charter ensures we have the flexibility to respond to changes as they happen in the industry. It also gives our Trustees  the power to assist young people, who intend working in the industry, by contributing towards the cost of their education.

Jon Wright, our Chairman, presented the Print Futures Awards to the 24 winners, the highest number ever awarded, commenting that the judges had been impressed with the enthusiasm and optimism these young people have for the industry. He also thanked Terry Ulrick, the Print Futures Awards Secretary who, he said, set the scheme up originally with BPIF and has made the Awards happen for the past 12 years.
