Changes at work

Changes at work, including the prospect of being made redundant, can turn your world upside down.

Practical information and advice

You may need to seek practical advice to help you understand what’s happening.

Our free and confidential helpline is here for you to access practical advice, such as navigating issues as a result of redundancy, as well as counselling for emotional support.

Our helpline can answer questions on a broad range of practical and legal issues. No query is too big or small, we are here to help.

ACAS also offer impartial advice on workplace issues.

Financial support

You may be eligible for financial support to help you make ends meet in the short term.

We, and other charities, can offer grants for those facing hardship to pay for everyday essentials or unexpected emergencies. We’ll help you navigate the support available to you and your family, so contact our friendly team today.

Turn2Us also has a grant directory for further options.

Change can be hard, especially when it’s unexpected. We’re your charity if you work in print, paper, packing, publishing, and graphics and need someone to talk to about the changes you are facing.

Your helpline explained how to apply for statutory redundancy pay and claim unpaid wages. It’s been really useful and I’ve recommended it to other people.
