We are delighted to announce that Former Prime Minister Baroness Theresa May, the Printing Charity’s 2025 President, will be joining us as the keynote speaker at this year’s Luncheon. We are deeply honoured to welcome her and very much look forward to hearing what she has to say.

Annual Luncheon

Terms and Conditions – Annual Luncheon Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to the Annual Luncheon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Ticket Purchase
- All ticket sales are final upon confirmation of payment.
- Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time of the Annual Luncheon.

The Printing Charity is not registered for VAT so VAT is not applicable and has not been charged on ticket prices.
- No Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances.
- If the event is cancelled by the Charity, efforts will be made to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be issued unless expressly stated.
- Ticket Transfer
- Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior written notice to the Charity at least 24 hours before the event.
- If a ticket is transferred to another person, we will do our best to accommodate their dietary requirements. However, we cannot guarantee this if the transfer is made less than five working days before the event.
- Event Changes
- The Charity reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or content without prior notice.
- Any such changes will not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange.
- Limitation of Liability
- The Charity is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except as required by law.
